the chick transporter is mainly used to solve the long- and short-distance transport solution for chicks. The main difficulty lies in the survival rate during transportation.
Production process:
The box body is manufactured by vacuum adsorption, integrated molding production line, sandwich composite bonding, and the thermal insulation performance reaches the national A-level standard.
Day-old chick transport truck van material:
The inner and outer wall panels are made of domestic high-quality 2.2mm glass fiber reinforced plastic (no light absorption, good heat insulation, strong hardness, and anti-oxidation); the middle insulation layer is XPS extruded polystyrene board; the thickness of body is 8CM. The floor adopts aluminum checkered plate, and the door edge adopts labyrinth rubber sealing strip.
